THE HAND OF THE LORD is our theme for Lent this year. Hands are used to heal, mend, build, teach, comfort, and so much more. Yet, as humans, our hands are sinful and unclean. Christ’s hands are the ones that can transform our sinful and dirtied hands into beautiful, clean ones to carry out His plans. Spend this Lent exploring God’s Word to see how His hands are used in both the New and Old Testaments, from creation to crucifixion and eternal life. Watch for our Lenten Schedule and Devotion books coming soon!

Daily “The Hand of the Lord” Devotions for Lent and Easter are now available on the back table.

2024 Annual Report is now available along the east wall.  Please, take one copy per family!!

Building Healthy Families: Husbands, want to have a great relationship with your wife, even during times of stress and conflict? Don’t try harder to convince her of your point. Don’t speak louder. Don’t walk away. Love her. Listen harder. Research supports what Scripture has already told us: During an argument, 72% of wives feel unloved. Each one of you also must love his wife as he loves himself…” (Ephesians 5:33) It’s not just a good idea; it’s a clear directive from the creator of marriage Himself. And it works! Stewardship Corner

As stewards of God’s grace, we have been called and chosen to be His mouth, feet, and hands to help seek and save the lost (Luke 19:10).  The Apostle Paul tells us, “Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making His appeal through us” (2 Corinthians 5:20).  Knowing that God “desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth” (1 Timothy 2:4), we have a great privilege and responsibility as Christ’s ambassadorsWith the Holy Spirit working in and through us, we can faithfully and boldly proclaim the Gospel to those around us

Thank You!  To our Christian Family we would like to thank you for all your kind words and support during this difficult time. We can always count on you to help us through the good and bad times of life. As Pastor Dose explained in his sermon, we all need to put Christ first in our lives, and we will be able to handle anything that comes our way. A special thank you to Pastor Dose for a wonderful service and visits made to the hospital; to Rosann for time you took to type and print the bulletins; to Marcia Hanna for rearranging your schedule to play the organ; to the ladies in the kitchen who served the meal; to those who set up and took down tables and chair; to those who ushered and made our extended families feel at home. We greatly appreciated it and extended our love and God's blessing to all of you. Reimers Family - Janice, Russ, Patty, Pam and Randy

Building Healthy Families: Are you a Hallmark movie fan? If so, you know the familiar story line: big city woman in crisis returns to her hometown, reluctantly gets pulled into an effort to rally the community around some cause, reconnects with local man who frustrates her plans at every turn but who in the end fulfills all her dreams, and happy ever after begins. While entertaining, these stories can intensify feelings of unrest for the more than 50% of us who are single and living alone, who have never found or have lost our special someone, and also for the less than 50% who are married but whose marriage doesn’t always look like the one depicted by Hallmark. This Valentine’s Day, remember that God – the author and source of love – created us to live in families and communities where love is shared. He is the only one who never fails to meet our need to be seen, connected, cared for, and loved. This week, skip Hallmark and celebrate God’s amazing love!
