Building Healthy Families: - Did you know there’s a national day to celebrate one of the fruits of the Spirit found in Galatians 5? Though not an event on the Christian calendar, this coming Saturday (February 17th) is National Random Acts of Kindness Day. On that day (or any day this week) how might you give witness to the faith that lives in you by doing something “unusually kind,” in Jesus’ name? Shovel your neighbor’s snow, pay for the order of the car behind you in the drive through, send flowers with a love note to someone who lives alone, stop to visit someone living in a care center…be creative, be kind, involve your family members, and have fun!
