TLC Quilters:  

·         Flat Sheets and Old Tattered (well-loved) Quilts are needed by TLC Quilters. 

·         TLC Quilters invite you to join them in the basement to help with their many projects on Tuesdays & Thursdays, anytime from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.. No experience needed - just a willing heart!

 

Trinity Quilting Convocation - TLC Quilters invite you to join us August 29th for our Quilting Convocation from 9 AM - 3 PM in the Life Center. Join us in fellowship with other Christian quilters, participate in hands-on demonstrations, observe new quilting techniques, and learn more about operating a Christian quilting organization. Building Healthy Families: President Harry S. Pessimists…how’s this working for you? It’s usually true that mood follows message: what we think or tell ourselves about a situation results in how we feel about what is happening. The next time you are feeling low or having a difficult day, stop and listen to what you are telling yourself. Is it true? Challenge and then replace negative, untrue thoughts with the truth. (Hint: look for truth in your Bible.) If you’re stuck in a negative pattern of thought and life, you don’t have to stay there. Please reach out. Stewardship Sentence: As God’s people, we support His house and mission through faithful giving and prayerful devotion.

Installation Service-  Pastor Thomas Schlund (former Pastor of Trinity, Algona) accepted a divine call to be the senior pastor of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Des Peres, MO. This is the church they have been attending and where their children go to the parochial school. Pastor Schlund will be installed as Senior Pastor today. God’s blessing to him and his congregation on this new call.
