Rally Sunday will be held on September 13th with Adult Sunday School starting at 8:15 a.m. and Sunday School Class at 8:30 a.m. Our worship services stay at 9:30 a.m.
- Third Grade Students will receive their Bibles & Catechisms
during the 9:30 a.m. worship service.
- Congregational Potluck will be held at 5:00 p.m. (Please bring a covered dish to share.) Come for Fun and Fellowship with your church family
- A Parent Meeting will be held after the Potluck with Pastor Dose and Pastor Nelson
- Fun Games will follow the meeting.
Reminder to All - Make sure if you are one of the last people out of the church, to check the whole church to see if all the lights have been shut off!! Also, be sure that doors are locked! -Trustees

TLC Quilters:
· Flat Sheets and Old Tattered (well-loved) Quilts are needed by TLC Quilters.
· TLC Quilters invite you to join them in the basement to help with their many projects on Tuesdays & Thursdays, anytime from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.. No experience needed - just a willing heart!
Trinity Quilting Convocation - TLC Quilters invite you to join us August 29th for our Quilting Convocation from 9 AM - 3 PM in the Life Center. Join us in fellowship with other Christian quilters, participate in hands-on demonstrations, observe new quilting techniques, and learn more about operating a Christian quilting organization. Building Healthy Families: “Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit… therefore honor God with your body.” (1 Corinthians 6:19-20) This Biblical instruction isn’t just for young people! No matter what your age, take time this week to do something that will make your body stronger or healthier. Fix a healthy snack, go for a walk, and invite a friend or neighbor to join you. Shared activity makes it more fun, and creates an open door for conversation about wellbeing, including the importance of faith and spiritual wellness. Stewardship Sentence: Trusting Christ as the foundation of His Church, we invest our lives and gifts in His ongoing work.
Installation Service- Pastor Thomas Schlund (former Pastor of Trinity, Algona) accepted a divine call to be the senior pastor of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Des Peres, MO. This is the church they have been attending and where their children go to the parochial school. Pastor Schlund will be installed as Senior Pastor today. God’s blessing to him and his congregation on this new call.
