Building Healthy Families: Every day, your Lutheran Family Service counselors walk alongside people facing grief, broken relationships, anxiety, trauma, and life's many challenges. While professional care is important, our ultimate hope is in the Lord. Psalm 34 reminds us that God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. Whatever burden you’re carrying today, know that nothing is beyond His notice and care. If you or someone you know could benefit from compassionate Christian counseling, call us. It’s why we’re here! www.LutheranFamilyService.org Lutheran Family Service
September 6, 2026 – Proper 18 (Pentecost 15) Scripture: “For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.” — Matthew 18:20
Stewardship Sentence: Gathered by Christ around His Word and promise, we offer our presence, resources, and gifts in love for His Church and for reconciliation with one another..
Stewardship Corner:
Are the demands of daily living preventing you from recharging your “faith battery’? In John 15, Jesus tells us that, in order to bear the fruit of faith, we need to stay connected to Him. Only when we remain in Jesus will our faith grow. Buffeted by the winds of daily living, it is a constant struggle to remain attached to Jesus. However, with God’s strength we can set aside time daily to read and study His Word and to pray, and to worship regularly so we can remain in Him.
